PHILIPS 7130 TV CAPTURE CARD use PHILIPS 7130 chipset, enables you to watch TV programs (either Cable TV or Wireless TV) on PC and the receivable channel number is up to 110. The attached software allows you to set & rename your favorite channels. Plus, the completed function remote controller makes it more convenient to watch TV on PC than on TV set. PHILIPS 7130 TV CAPTURE CARD can transfer and save the full screen or full motion videos captured from video recorder, video camera, camera or other video sources onto hard disk, or create into VCD through professional re-write software. The software supports snapshot function, you can record wonderful clips to create your personal e-album, and even you can share your works with friends via Internet.
